Ubiz is a top level team of 4 entrepreneurs (2Sr + 2Jr) with 20+ yrs experience & track records, headquatered in Brussels & a physical presence in Paris. We offer financial advisory and tailored services for transaction services. Ubiz merged with the corporate finance branch from Havila Partners Ltd. (25 years of experience) in 2021 & opens itself to all corporate finance activities mainly in Tech, Agro-industry, Medtech/ Biotech, Retail, Telco, Infrastructures, Fintech, Mobility & Hospitality - with needs starting from 3 millions€ min in fundraising (Series A, B, C, D).
The team did more than 200 deals in 25 years (M&A, Fundraise, Structured Finance) in Western Europe (BeNeLux, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, UK) and Africa (mainly CEMAC / CEDAO). At the end of 2020, we established a representation in India for M&A operations between Europe, Africa & India.
We mainly work with Venture Capital/ Private Equity funds/ Family Office/ Corporate Funds - qualified investors only.
